Spec alignment

Another story to tell. There was an engineer, who agreed to follow spec sheets, but changed his mind, which caused some conflicts. To be more specific, he couldn’t run codes and he decided to develop another new function, which was unnecessary (the best SOP is trying to solve the environment conflicts). It turned out that he was doing extra works that simply didn’t fit the spec sheet. It was like you asked for a sandwich, and the shop gives you an apple. The worse thing was that he claimed that the new function is good for the team. We spent a lot of time to alignment after this. It hurt, but we learned a lot.
