Some experiences of working with engineers

It could be a nice trip or a nightmare working with others, depending on one’s experience, skill and attitude. As an engineer who also graduated in the related field, I had a plenty of experience and thoughts. A type of engineers is smart but without passion. For example, if they are asked to do a job to 100 points, they won’t leave it as 99 because they are good at it, but they won’t do 101 either because they simply don’t want to do more. Another type is that they can’t really finish it, but try their best to make it done. I do not 100% like both, but a good team work needs collaboration and knowing each other. These are just some of my thoughts and we will discuss about this later. So, what do you think?
