LLM filter

Sometimes we try to find some information via LLMs, and get blocked because it “violate the policy”. What does it mean? To be honest I don’t know, but basically it tells you that they don’t want to offer you the answer. While this filtering policy sounds good, it actually put more risk on the side you may not even know. For example, let’s say there are two similar packages of python, and somehow LLM deny one of it. This will make users heavily rely on another one, especially for coders. Personally, I understand why those companies want to filter it, but I hope it can be safer and more flexible.
