Computer spec

Let’s talk about the devices. I was discussing with my friends to buy a new computer in order to train machine learning models, and it is another world different from software development. To be more specific, GPU and RAM are the most important two components because it can greatly impact the time for training. Also, CPU is the key to make more complicated computation. There can be books to thoroughly discuss about this but I think making sure these three parts being selected and installed well will help. There are still a lot of stories including mounting, testing and how to let codes run faster… and I will talk about these later.
