Claude 4.5 Sonnet

Recently the new LLM Claude 4.5 Sonnet is released. Although I didn’t try a lot (since it’s been released for just a few days), I think it is safe to share some thoughts. Basically, it can be treated as a new Opus, if you are familiar with its performance. It writes a slightly better code in my opinion. On the other hand, the price remains as Sonnet 4.1 did. This means that we are now able to use an 80% off cheaper Opus with higher quality. Another interesting thing to mention, usually a new LLM will be free to use (for Cursor) at the first week or so, but not the case for Sonnet 4.5.
