AI meeting recorders

Recently I had a few meetings, and we had tried three different methods to record our voices and saved it as text files.

1.      Using the own tools. As mentioned before, I built a tool to transform voice to texts, with speakers’ identifiers. However, the quality is not perfect and it was slow.

2.      Using paid platform. I will recommend this method as most of enterprises are able to pay this.  The bad thing is that sometimes it is not so convenient as users need to log in.

3.      Record the meeting. I used Buzz, a great tool that is free to use and only need my GPU to generate texts from the meeting. If you are a budget user, you may find it fast and useful.

To conclude, if one need highly customized tools that meet the special needs, he can make a tool (or ask me) accordingly. Paid platforms are for time-sensitive users, while software like Buzz can deal with almost all the daily needs. Hope you like this article.
