AI HR system

Is AI HR a good idea? It is, but for practical using, there is still a lot of room for improvements. I was having a conversation with a team that were working at the project that try to build HR systems for clients. At the first thought it sounds good, but they told me that it was hard for them to charge people. To be more specifically, larger firms usually have their AI HR system already, while small company won’t continuously use their products. However, I think it is just a beginning from my viewpoint, because once they start to profit, their marginal profit is almost with no limited. I am always interested in new things and wish them all the best.
