AI and resume

One of my friends told me that his resume was replied right after he sent it. It was 3 AM and basically the reply was a NO. It could only be the AI system, otherwise it will be one of the most high-workload company.  On the other hand, almost all of the applicants use AI to enhance their resume, including wording, structuring, tone, bullet points… So, from this aspect, both job seekers and employers use AI to increase the efficiency and “success” rate.  One tries to fit the filter and another try to select the right person. To speak in the abstract, this mechanism looks just like a GAN and it forces both sides to improve the performance. While I believe there is still lots of room to discuss about the usage of AI in the job application field, I think this is just another example that AI helps people to match easier, and that brings us a better life.
