Max Well Apex LLC is a small engineering firm. Every number we ship has to survive verification. We apply that discipline to the data that trains and evaluates machine-learning systems, and we offer fixed-price consulting, under Book Online, to the same standard.
Data Integrity for AI
Open-source screen and release gate
Late-arriving data quietly biases models and metrics. Our open-source package, pit-release-gate, measures whether a signal is contaminated by arrival order and holds it until the cross section is complete enough. Results live in a public audit registry on GitHub, and the methods are on figshare with DOIs.

Leakage audits, pipeline reviews, LLM integration
Three fixed-price packages, listed under Book Online: a leakage audit of one dataset or feature store, a written review of a training or evaluation pipeline, and a scoped LLM integration. Each delivery includes a verification trail that a reviewer can follow.

Preprints, protocol, public audits
Three preprints on figshare with DOIs, a versioned protocol, and a public audit registry that anyone can rerun. Results are published openly and cited by DOI, so they can be checked rather than trusted.
